Your responsibilities will involve: - Engage actively in workshops to effectively gather requirements from functional business owners - Take charge as the primary point of contact throughout the project cycle, leading client meetings to establish deadlines, address concerns, and deliver regular updates - Configure HRIS (SAP Payroll) - Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the software - Conduct customer training workshops or software support; - Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll-out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initialization - As a consultant, you will contribute to the preparation of service proposals to potential clients while also being involved in mentoring and developing team members as needed.
