Provide solution to complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation.<br /> o Experience in defining the development environment and Design/Verification methodologies<br /> o Well versed with requirement management. UML/SysML will be an added advantage<br /> o Strong troubleshooting skills<br /> o Strong Embedded C, C++ and Ada programming skills and well versed with MISRA or equivalent guidelines.<br /> o Familiar working in matlab Simulink.<br /> o Low-level device driver development expertise.<br /> o Experience with TI microcontrollers<br /> o Hands on experience with standard communication protocols like CAN, SPI, Ethernet, I2C, UART<br /> o Experience in defining Verification & Validation strategies. Verification of software requirements using different verification methods.<br /> o Responsible for on time delivery and quality. Identify flags and handle escalations. Review all deliverables / reports generated by the team and suggest improvements.<br /> o Working with multi-disciplinary teams such as project engineering, software engineering, electrical design, safety and reliability<br /> o Broad exposure to a wide variety of tools and understand purpose and application of tools to the software life cycle phases.<br /> o Lead a team of software engineers in Design and Verification<br /> o Consistently estimate effort and specify schedules for software development and V&V activities.<br /> o Collect metrics and monitor progress of all activities.<br /> o Debugging and troubleshooting embedded hardware/software integration<br /> o Familiarity with DO-178 safety standards<br /> o Hardware interfacing and register-level programming<br /> o Version control and documentation best practices<br /> o Requirements and design writing (including architecture, timing sequence, data flow/control flow)<br /> o Automation (any scripting tools Perl, python, shell batch, etc.) Preferably Java Scripting<br /> o Performance analysis (Memory, stack and WCET)<br /> o Code static Analysis (preferably Polyspace otherwise any tools) and bug fixes for both static and dynamic code violations.<br /> o Any CI/CD Tools or AI tools advantage - added advantage<br /> o Timer based scheduler implementation (bare-metal OS and task scheduling/management) and optimization<br /> o Integrator application development life cycle<br /> o PR/CR life cycle</p>
