He/she acts as a bridge between raw operational data and actionable business insights, helping procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution teams make informed choices.<br /> The role requires technical and business knowledge, focusing on data modeling, reporting, and performance monitoring across the supply chain and other interface such as Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering ...<br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> oCollect, clean, and validate data from supply chain systems.<br /> oDevelop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track supply chain performance (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, demand forecast accuracy).<br /> oPerform root cause analysis on supply chain inefficiencies.<br /> oGuarantee the performance of Data Management in SCM and accuracy of ERP supply chain parameter and focal point of ERP.<br /> oHelp with migration of data's.<br /> oProduce and maintain the monitoring plan<br /> oMonitor the quality of data and its integrity & fairness of performance KPIs.<br /> oSupport route optimization, freight cost analysis, and carrier performance evaluation.<br /> oIdentify opportunities for process automation in reporting and data pipelines.<br /> oRecommend process improvements to improve reliability of the data, to build process robustness.<br /> oConduct risk analysis to avoid supply chain process problems<br /> oShare results with management. If necessary, Monitor the constituent indicators of the reliability KPI in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control). The measurement must be considered as an aid for drawing up an improvement plan not as a judgment.<br /> oProvide directions; explain to the operators how their data is used.<br /> oStudying the criticality of the non-conformities helps identify:<br /> oSensitive data/attributes,<br /> oCustomers impacted by the process,<br /> oOwners,<br /> oFrequency of the inspection.</p>
