Your primary objective will be to participate in the maturation, deployment, and practical implementation of new design methods within Airbus PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools, with a focus on improving the efficiency and quality of the Definition Dossier. <br><br> In the overall mission, your key responsibilities will be to: <br><ul><li> Lead the analysis of current design methods and contribute to the <b>definition of new target methods</b>. <br></li><li> Contribute to the maturation of innovative design methods in collaboration with engineering and PLM teams. <br></li><li> Contribute to the <b>operational deployment</b> of methods and associated PLM tools, as technical referent. <br></li><li> <b>Support engineering teams</b> in the use of methods and PLM functionalities. <br></li><li> Participate in the <b>digitalization </b>of the Airbus Definition Dossier (Structure, System Installation & Electrical system Installation) <br></li><li> Guarantee the alignment of deployed methods with Airbus standards and requirements. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Your boarding pass:</b><br><ul><li><b>In-depth knowledge of the Airbus Definition Dossier:</b> Understanding of the challenges, structure, and deliverables associated with the Definition Dossier. <br></li><li><b>Experience in the Electrical System Install, Structure, Mechanical System Install doma</b>in: Proven experience in one of these fields, with a willingness to develop on the other. <br></li><li><b>Proficiency in Design Methods</b>: Ability to understand, define/criticize, and deploy new working methods. <br></li><li><b>Comfort with Digitalization and PLM Tools:</b><br><ul><li> Strong interest in the challenges of digital transformation. <br></li><li> Practical and theoretical experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. <br></li></ul></li><li><b>General Skills:</b><br><ul><li> Ability to work in a team out of organizational silos and with an international environment. <br></li><li> Good analysis, synthesis, and communication skills. <br></li><li> Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to propose new ideas. <br></li></ul></li></ul><br><br>This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. <br><br>Not a 100% match?
