Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.***Your challenges:***Manage primarily National Security flow management activities (authorisations, accreditations, business applications)***Support Export Control flow management activities such as license dossier follow up, preparing information exchange with authorities***Perform process improvement and writing in myCES to create & formalise compliance related processes within engineering***Support Data Compliance Rep. activities (CoE Data) on process improvement***Provide permanent advice and support including business applications, tools, deliver training to business functions concerned.***Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.***Your profile:***Knowledge & experience in Design Office, process & business apps/tools***Preferably legal expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security***Required skills:***Strong communication and presentation skills***Creative mindset***Ability to synthesize and structure information to write processes***Ability to manage complex situations with high stakes***Ability to interact with many stakeholders***Rigor but willingness to support the ET activities with sustainable solutions***Basic experience and/or strong curiosity in the design, development, engineering of an aircraft***Team spirit & solution oriented***Take ownership***English fluent, German speaker will be a plus***Not a 100% match?
