Your Purpose As our Global Real Estate Director, you'll be the architect of Ipsens global real estate strategyleading, aligning, and transforming a diverse portfolio to deliver value, drive growth, and create inspiring, sustainable environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic LeadershipDesign and deliver a best-in-class global real estate strategy aligned with Ipsens business vision.Partner with Business Units, HR, Finance, Legal, and Ops to align space with strategy.Lead due diligence for M&A and divestitures, ensuring real estate integration and value creation. Portfolio & Performance ManagementOptimize value from a global portfolio encompassing commercial, R&D, and industrial sites.Develop KPIs to evaluate performance, ensure operational excellence, and track ROI.Forecast and manage global real estate budgets, risks, and business case approvals. Global Governance & StandardsEstablish global real estate policies, processes, and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standardsincluding ESG and health & safety.Embed sustainability into every projectfrom green leases to carbon-conscious building designs. Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementOversee relationships with brokers, landlords, and lease administration suppliers.Lead contract negotiations, performance, risk mitigation, and alignment to global standards.Be the go-to expert for senior stakeholders on real estate trends, insights, and opportunities.
