Your Role : Reporting directly to site management, you will lead the overall quality strategy, adopting both preventive and predictive approaches. You will act as the key guarantor of the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, production activities, and external partners. In this role, you will: - Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of certifications (AS9100, etc.); - Develop a proactive quality culture through risk analysis, early deviation detection, and preventive corrective actions; - Supervise the management of internal and external audits; - Manage quality relationships with customers and suppliers, including non-conformity follow-up, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives; - Promote quality management within teams through awareness, training, and the implementation of performance indicators and management tools; - Contribute actively to the overall site performance, fostering cross-functional collaboration and responsiveness in addressing quality issues. Rattaché à la direction du site, vous pilotez la stratégie qualité globale, dans une approche à la fois préventive et prédictive. Vous agissez en véritable garant du système qualité et du lien entre les exigences clients, la production et les partenaires externes. PROFIL : Profile : You hold a higher education degree in Quality, Engineering, or an equivalent field, and you have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment such as aerospace, electronics, precision mechanics, automotive, or similar industries. Your profile stands out through: - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards; - An analytical and rigorous approach to data analysis and problem solving; - The ability to translate quality strategy into concrete operational actions and mobilize teams around a shared vision; - Full autonomy in managing certifications and audit processes; - A strong partnership mindset with customers and suppliers, focused on continuous improvement.
